• Should be able to understand the business requirements • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices • Ensure the technical feasibility of the code • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability • Integrate data from various back-end services and databases • Understand the code level complexities and provide a simple optimized solution • Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP • Understanding of MVC design patterns • Understand Agile methodology, releases, and sprints • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
• Good knowledge of PHP and MySQL/Mongo • Strong knowledge of Laravel Frameworks and its extensive features set • Strong problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills • Knowledge of HTML5/ CSS3 / Bootstrap / jQuery / JavaScript / JSON / AJAX • Strong experience in object-oriented programming experience in PHP • Knowledge of databases and database concepts • Should have Analytical and problem-solving skills • Must be a team player, Keen to learn, possess a good attitude and be self-disciplined • Working Knowledge of frameworks like Laravel/ CI, any MVC framework is a must • Working knowledge of API for Mobile Applications • Experience in Cache, search plugins in terms of optimization. • Developing plug-ins/add-ons in PHP for various CMS solutions • A flexible attitude with proven experience of working in a small team • Must have decent communication skills
Technical Experience:
• Candidates must have a minimum of 2 - 3 years of Experience in PHP (Laravel) • Laravel /Any MVC framework • Knowledge of PHP 7.2 and above, RDBMS / ORM, GIT Tools, Apache , Linux Commands, Agile Development Process • Knowledge of Caching (Redis, Memcache) • Experience with 3rd party integrations Web Services, REST, and SOAP API • Knowledge of other web technologies will be an added advantage • Demonstrable commercial experience building integrated solutions from high-level business requirements

• Have interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and time management skills. • Have an analytical and problem-solving aptitude and ability to resolve urgent web application issues.
