1. 50% payment will be released as Advance after confirmation the deal.
2. Again 40% payment will be released after getting the front end website which has to be done.
3. Again 10% payment will be released after getting the complete work and final Launching of the website as per the deal.
4. Payment mode Internet Banking, NEFT or Cheque.

6. Any type of data entry is chargeable as per market price.
7. Requirement Analyses Duration One Month after the agreement sign.
8. After testing period session, any new development or changes will be payable.
9. Website design as per our pre defines templates.
10. Digitalshakha provided only 2 training sessions after that all training is chargeable (Raipur only or remote desk support out of station TA, DA and other expenses provide by Originations).
11. Digitalshakha Services is not responsible for any hardware problem.
12. All requirements provided by ones. After deals are final, any other requirements will be chargeable
13. You have to show web development credit (Design by) to our company..

Maintenance Policy
A maintenance contract is for one year term, and is non-refundable. The monthly charge for maintenance is based on the size of your website at the time the contract is signed. A maintenance contract enables you to manage and update your website or store with all change requests you come up with. Under our maintenance contract, you are entitled to make all change requests which are come under the scope of maintenance as agreed.
